RV Reservations

                 


•    RVs must have paid advance reservations. 
•    The fee is $25 per day.
•    RVs may be parked only in the designated RV parking area in the southwest corner of the      complex.
•    No hookups are provided.
•    No discharge of gray water or sanitary tanks on the ground or in open containers. 
•    No sawdust may be used;  all ex pens are to be placed on grassy areas designated.
•    All parking is at your own risk.  Neither the FBDCA, the Show Committee, the Holiday Inn      Conference Center, nor the City of Lawrence assumes any responsibility or liability for damage or      loss to any vehicles, their contents, or dogs.
•    Fire lanes must be kept open at all times.  Vehicles parked illegally or in an area other
     than the designated RV area will be subject to towing at owners' expense with no prior notice.
•    Exhibitors are responsible for any damage, and for cleanup of their own RV spaces. 
•    RV parking is a privilege extended by the Holiday Inn and the Specialty Committee, and      exhibitors are asked to be considerate of their neighbors.  The RV Chair has the authority to      allocate space and to ask that any problems be remedied.
•    ALL RVs MUST HAVE A WORKING FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
•   You may download the RV Reservation Form and snail mail it to the RV Chair, and send      your check to the show treasurer, as described on the form.


If you wish an RV space at the Douglas County Fairgrounds for the nights of the all-breed shows prior to our Specialty, there are a few with hookups available, and more without hookups.  To reserve one of those for Friday and/or Saturday night contact as soon as possible:
