Application for Membership
The membership process consists of several steps: 1) complete the application below being sure to answer ALL questions, 2) have your two sponsors fill out and sign the sponsor questionnaire and send those with your membership application, 3) include a signed, dated Code of Ethics, 4) include a check for $25 made out to “French Bull Dog Club of America” for one membership.Each person applying must fill out an application and complete all steps.

Your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and printed in the next quarterly Frenchie Forum for input from the membership. Letters and comments submitted by members will be reviewed by the Board at their next quarterly meeting. You will be notified of the results.
